Ocean Images guarantee of satisfaction

Ocean Images have been established since 1988, and our reputation is your guarantee of satisfaction.

If the product is faulty or you are not satisfied with it then we will either exchange your purchase or arrange a full refund, providing the goods are returned within 14 days along with your receipt of purchase. Goods returned for a refund must be unused and in saleable condition unless a manufacturing defect is the reason for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please quote the Ocean Images order reference number from your confirmation e-mail if you need to contact us about your order for any reason.

Exchange policy

If you find you have ordered the wrong size or colour we will be happy to exchange your purchase providing the goods are returned within 14 days along with your receipt of purchase. Goods returned for exchange must be unused and in saleable condition. Carriage on exchange goods to be paid for by the customer. Please contact us and we will advise you of the cost.

Privacy policy

The personal information you supply is confidential to Ocean Images [Bolton] Limited and is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Under no circumstances will this information be made available to any other organisation.

Delivery

It is our aim to dispatch your order promptly and in most cases this will be always be within 2 or 3 working days. However we are a small independent family business and during holidays lead times will be a longer. Ww will always try and advise via a notice on our home page of any upcoming holidays.

Stock

We carry extensive stock and all orders are despatched from our own warehouse. We will always advise if a selected design is temporarily out of stock and we will then advise you of an expected despatch date. We do not take payment until your order is complete and ready for despatch.

Delivery within the United Kingdom
Goods are sent by Royal Mail or carrier, depending on the size of the order.

Europe

• T-shirts £3.50 [€4.13] each.
• Sweatshirts and larger items £5.00 [€5.90] each.
• Larger orders will be consolidated and sent at cost plus £3.95 [€4.66] insurance cost.

Europe orders are sent by Royal Mail 'Small Packet Service'.

USA
We welcome orders from the USA. However, please note that we are based in England and that our prices are shown in UK pounds sterling [£] or Euros [€]. The cost in US dollars will depend on the UK pound sterling to US dollar currency exchange rate in force on the day your transaction is processed.

Rest of World
Cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination. Examples:

• One T-shirt £4.00 [€4.72] to £5.00 [€5.90] depending on weight.
• Two T-Shirts £7.00 [€8.26] to £8.25 [€9.74].
• Larger orders will be consolidated and sent at cost.
• All orders of 2 or more T-shirts will be sent insured at an extra cost of £3.95 [€4.66].
• Cost of shipping book 'The Man Who Bought a Navy' £9.50 [€11.21].

USA and Rest of World orders are sent by Royal Mail 'Small Packet Service'.

Please advise if you require confirmation of overseas shipping costs prior to shipment.

All Ocean Images products are priced and sold in UK pounds sterling [£]. Garment pages and the order summary page also show a € [Euro] price for guidance only. For € [Euro] the amount actually debited to your card account will be at the exact exchange rate set by the bank on the day your card transaction is processed.

All our garments are made from top quality materials. Please refer to the garment label for washing instructions. Do not iron the print.
